WISCONSIN OR BUST!!!!

We leave for Wisconsin tomorrow morning at 8:30 am!!! I am sure we will see and do much more than these pictures convey, but for now you get the idea. We will be gone for 12 days!!! Packing for 3 people for 12 days is crazy...I should know I just finished doing it and now I need a vacation from packing...so we will update about our trip as we go along!

Ya, I have no idea what that is all about, but I am totally excited to see this in person!

Quirks:

#1: I hate to eat standing up...only Yankees eat standing up.
#2: I like things to be pretty and functional...but pretty is before functional...
#3: I despise being late to anything. If I am not 10 minutes early I am late. If I know I am going to be late to something... and I have no responsibilities to that event I probably just dont go.
#4: I clean my ears out everyday...
#5: I do not check my voicemail reguarly, even if there is a missed call, I wait until I have enough time to listen to them....
#6: I dislike leaving voicemails for other people. If I can't get a hold of them I hang up and will call later...unless it is REALLY important.

I think that is it!

Georgia on our minds....

We are definately having fun here in Georgia, but we are missing Daddy tons!! Just a little shout out to Robs...we love you!!! We'll be home Tuesday night!
Mom and I took little dude and went to the Fall Festival in downtown Duluth yesterday. It was so fun. The weather was overcast and breezy(perfect) and it (the festival)reminded me, in part, of how much I love the South! Of course there were boiled peanuts being sold! YUMMY!
Getting to the festival!

I think this was the kettle corn station...it smelled heavenly...

we thought this sign was pretty funny. Mom tried some...but I don't think she thought it was "Smack your Mama" good...hmmm
Ahh, Georgia...If this wasn't so heavy I would have lugged it home on the plane and put it in my house somewhere!
The Foster's came with us of course...It is pretty much a tradition. If they go to a festival, we go and vice versa. Austin asked if next week we were going to the dirt festival or the grass festival...jokes, of course. But it does seem like the fall is filled with all sorts of festivals! The men are so good to tag along after us women as we shop at the little booths. I think the food is what saves them. This is Bailey and Austin. It was so good to see you Bailey! See came home for the weekend to babysit little Robbie while Mom and I went to womens conference. Thanks Aunt B!
Robbie with his free sunglasses

This was a trip to briscoe park. We went to feed the ducks and do some swinging. This park had a lot of childhood memories for me. But I do not remember the ducks being so aggressive. They are like attack ducks...the geese were especially bad...

We did have fun, and even saw a couple of turtles! Yay for baby swings!

summer lovin...had us a blast...

Mom and I kicked the summer off by taking a week long trip to Miami so that our family could meet the little dude. Here is little dude with his Great Grammy...
We also went and visited his Great Grandfather's grave...
Little dude explored the wide world of toes and feet...
Fourth of July(my favorite holiday) was spent at home (hives) so Dude and Little Dude watched the parade from the street and were able to enjoy some homemade goodies for breakfast with out neighbors...there were cool floats

Then we had the date box date for our student ward...here are our first place winners!
2nd Place winners!!!3rd place winners(left) and most creative(with the plate)
OK, so its a jumble and I dont know how to fix it, but top left are our "last but not least" place winners.then comes graduation(ill post better pics later) Go Rob! Magna Cum Laude!!! Yup, that's my husband...then we have Little Dude at graduation, then him pondering life as he stares into an open grassy field. Then me and dad up the canyon...

Here is our Little Soccer Player! Thanks Uncle Patch for the sweet soccer outfit! We finally finished the puzzle from Father's Day! Well, Robs finished it actually. Uncle Patch comes by often to visit us and we love it!

I went on a girls weekend...I know, attractive right? Went with 2 of my friends from our complex to Park City for the weekend and had a great time...no kids!!! We ate out, shopped and did girl stuff! Then to wrap up our summer I did Laura's haid and makeup for homecoming...she is so beautiful and 18 this coming Sunday!!! Happy Birthday to Laura! So, we went on a quick trip up the canyon that turned into an all night affair...with out going into the whole story, let's just say that my Ford Focus can pretty much take any 4 wheeler around....This is me and Patch atop Rock Canyon before we went off roading unknowingly in the Focus with Dude and Litttle Dude!OK, what better way to end a long post than with the backside of my baby? He is actually thining out quite a bit...but still baby chubby! Summer was great..long and hot at times but still a success! I am ready for fall big time and I am enjoying the cooler weather here immensely. Little Dude and I leave for Atlanto next week for a week and will post about our adventures as they come!
